Congratulations to Matilda Harry and Jayden Bregu, who were recently appointed co-chairs of the Greater Sydney Commission Youth Panel, replacing former chair, Estelle Grech. The Commission also welcomes Deborah Prospero, our new Eastern City District representative.

Matilda represents the Western City District and has been on the panel since its establishment in 2019. Matilda is a proud Wiradjuri woman and is undertaking a Dean's Scholar Bachelor of Arts (Pathways to teaching primary) at WSU.

Jayden represents the Eastern City District and has also been a panellist since its establishment. Jayden is a Senior Project and Policy Officer at the NSW Ministry of Health.

The 10-member panel has two representatives from each of Greater Sydney's five Districts. The Commission is proud to welcome Deborah Prospero to the panel as an Eastern City District representative, filling the vacancy left by Estelle Grech. Deborah is an International and Global Studies student at the University of Sydney and we look forward to the insights and experience she will provide.
